Welcome to the Northland Community. Residential real estate development is our forte and I have spent the last 38 years dedicated to producing Northland’s premier neighborhoods.

In my current role as CEO, it’s the diverse spectrum of day-to-day affairs that appeals to me and drives me. I’m known for my “hands on” approach. One day could be spent soliciting capital from high-net-worth individuals to fund a new development, and then going out to a job site to weigh in on progress. A typical day will conclude with a planning board meeting to pitch our vision for our next project. Although demanding, I consider my personal involvement in the detail of our business to be critical to maintaining our positioning as a foremost developer of luxury residential real estate in Massachusetts.

And it certainly isn't all me; I am fortunate to have an exceptional team of colleagues and external consultants. Each of us is an expert in the space that we work in; together, we’re aligned in our goal to build remarkable neighborhoods.

I continually marvel at our extended team, the community we have built together here at Northland, and the communities we have built throughout New England. We care deeply about what we do, how we go about it, the relationships we establish, and the results we leave behind. We appreciate and respect the professionals, municipal leaders, and staff who dedicate themselves to our vision. We care about the well-being of the families who call our properties home, and lastly, we care about each other. Our aspiration is to be exceptional in who we are and what we do.
